I agree but if they're go to guys and the other guys are solid veterans, people speak really highly of JJ and the SF from Louisiana. That all of a sudden becomes a really talented team.
I'm hoping they translate to big time D-1 in a hurry next year, they better or it won't get much better.

Watch tape of Justin Jenifer and be happy we won't have to deal with the problem of not having a point after this year.
I hope you are right. But excuse me and my skepticism due to years of hearing how great the talent is before they show up, then watching guys like Shaq flounder for 3-4 years.
I never once thought any of the people we've brought in could be point guards at the high D1 level...he is the absolute first guy I can truthfully say that about. He's a past first, ballhandler, and can occasionally hit shoots. Troy, Guyn, even Cash, were never targeted really said to be pure points, and they've shown that they aren't, Jenifer is. I'm sure Gametime would attest to that too.
I really hope Jenifer is all this and more but I have a hard time believing he is going to get significant minutes with troy KJ and cobb all coming back, its just not micks style to play young guys over upperclass guys.

I don't think he'll replace Troy...I'm just saying we'll actually have a pure point on the roster finally.

Since tone is impossible to convey over the internet I want you to know I'm not saying this in a snarky way, but what are you basing this on, just his internet videos? Or have you gotten to see him play live?

Saw him live in two AAU tounaments over the summer, kid is a phenomenal passer and has a great head on his shoulders. He'll be a very good point guard. Ask Chad when he gets on here...I'm sure he thinks the same thing.

Very nice. I didn't love his videos, I hope that is because of those putting the videos together.

He's a pure PG, but he can also be an absolute turnover machine. Until he shows he can clean that up I'm skeptical...

How about figuring out how to run a real offense, get guys good shots and create penetration through good movement.

Super. Gametime was supposed to talk me off of the railing of the bridge. Cannonball!

We aren't recruiting Walmart....more like an Outlet mall. You know, name brand stuff that isn't in season anymore, slightly damaged, etc.
