144 - Colorado St. (35)
125 - Boise St. (46)

This also shows the Big East is a major conference with three in the top 25 and five in the top 100.

Northern Arizona in at #40!

Other non-FBS (non Big East) schools in top 50

Illinois State - 22
Coastal Carolina - 34
Iona - 36
New Hampshire - 40

The list is missing 3 MAC schools Ohio, Miami and Ball State.

Or more likely they didn't qualify for the list because they didn't earn any points.
