Recruiting good kids and graduating those who remain through their Senior season.
But when you have to consider young people's character and grades, you eliminate a lot of good players who could help you win on the court, but are not first class citizens off the court. Therein lies the problem. In order to win at a level we'd like, we need to recruit players who are not only excellent off the court, but on the court as well. How do you do it? I have no idea. That's why I'm posting on this board, and others are coaching.
