Mine would have to be Chris Douglas-Roberts (CDR). Just absolutely loved watching his style of play and the way he carried himself on the court. Such a smooth style of playing. Also loved that poster he put Kevin Love on in the NCAA tourney :)

not our best, but the one i liked watching the most was probably phillip "doom" haynes. solid 3, deadly bank shooter, tough as a $2 steak.

Clyde "The Glide" Drexler

Tough question. The easy answer is Kenyon Martin who was just awesome to watch. Steve Logan is right there for me. He was so clutch his final 2 seasons (and was a good contributor from day 1). Huggins described what he saw in him while recruiting saying "I've never seen a short, fat kid play basketball like that." The other guy that comes to mind is Immanuel McElroy. He was a part of my favorite Bearcat team, was an absolute shut down perimeter defender and did a ton of little things to help them earn a 1 seed.

I tried to go through the conference and name the player(s) that I remember the most favorably from playing either in college or as a pro. These may not be the best players from each program, but they are the ones that I remember favorably.

ECU: Blue Edwards
Tulsa: Paul Pressey/Bingo Smith
Temple: Eddie Jones(?)
Houston: Drexler/Hayes/Chaney
SMU: Jon Koncack
Navy: David Robinson
Tulane: John Williams
USF: Chuckie Atkins (?)
UCF: Rompsa (sp?)
UC: Van Exel/Oscar Robertson/Kenyon Martin
UConn: Ray Allen

Some of those I obviously wasn't sure of.

Van Exel and Drexler are the 2 that I have vivid memories of in games against the Tigers just like the games occurred yesterday.

As a Tulsa fan for me it's definitely Paul Pressey.

I think I could narrow my choices down to 2 players:

Pat Crocklin, who was a classmate of mind back in the day...even as a Freshmen/Soph...he had the most talent (on not a very good team) but the stubborn HC wouldn't start him in a lot of games....and just from my friendship with him, I have to put him up as 1A.

For 1B...(I could list 8-10 guys...many times, not the best player on the team who I really enjoyed watching play), I might have to choose Isaiah Sykes...who came to UCF as one of the most raw players I had ever seen (had poor dribbling skills, had almost not outside shot...but was a tenacious defender as a Freshman), who turned into a very good hoop player...and one who decided to stay at UCF, even during the probation years where he could have easily jumped out of town to a better winning program.

Sykes never give up attitude and maybe equally, his humbleness off the court and his love for the school helped cement him as my 1B choice.

Meanwhile...I'm having a blast watching true freshmen BJ Taylor and Adonys Henriquez...and who knows where they might end up in another 3 years on my favorite all-time list.

All time favorite: Oscar

Loved to watch : Van Exel, Martin, Fortson, Hicks and Burton.

Most fun to watch: Melvin Levitt's senior year.

AJ was a fun player to watch. He annoyed the hell out of teams and other fans.

I'd have to say Dexter Lyons. He was only at UCF for two years (juco transfer) but I think he was integral in establishing the fan appreciation our players still show to this day. He was also really fun to watch and had infectious energy.
