Rivals rankings of 2015 Pro Bowlers

Surprised to learn in this years Pro Bowl there are 2 walk-ons, 21 2** and 24 3***. Did not think the numbers would be skewed that way.

They're really taking credit for Jimmy Graham because they ranked him as a 4 star basketball recruit?

In fairness, it should be noted that coming out of high school, the pool of ranked 4 and 5 stars is much lower. I think you would have to do this on a percentage basis. If there is only 40 5 star players in the 2015 class, and 8 make it to the NFL, that's a pretty good percentage.

That's true, but I think the point is more there are plenty of talented 2 and 3 stars to go along with the obvious blue chippers.

Technically speaking there were three walk-ons. Antonio Brown was actually a walk-on at CMU. He became a scholarship player by the time the season began though IIRC.
