Even though I do wish that the playoff could have included the winner of every major conference, but you do realize that TCU was not undefeated, right?

There will be an 8 team playoff in the future

5 major conference champions automatic bid
1 Group of 5 (if still exist) top champion automatic bid
2 at-large

QuarterFinals will be played at home. (Top 4 teams gets homefield advantage)
SemiFinals will be played like current setup

Yep, they lost to Baylor 64-61(or some wild score like that) in triple overtime. The Bears won the head to head game, yet Bowlsby declared both teams co-champions. The fact the Big XII doesn't have a championship game screwed both teams.

The Big XII can correct that mistake by expanding to twelve schools. Hmmm....
