It will be available through WatchESPN/ESPN3.
ESPN is doing a multicast of various presentations of the game
I don't know the intricacies of which is which, some people have one of Watch/3 and not the other, but you can see what's where here.

If you have neither, I don't believe that there is any legitimate way to stream the game, but there will be ways to watch it online...

ESPN Classic is announcer-free. And they'll show the bands at halftime.
