Houston is terrible so we are probably going to win but that will in no way matter in the big picture. The overall problem goes much deeper than any one game. This is a complete disaster and if things don't change we will have as many fans left as Houston does.

what matters in the big picture is to keep winning games, especially within conference, and we are now 1-0 so let's go to 2-0 and then just keep on winning. It is possible you know.

I always want our Tigers to win, as well. However, these days, losing to any team wouldn't surprise me.

We all want wins, but it is how we play that bothers me.

I believe the Tigers would be more competitive if our defensive frontcourt packed it in more instead of flying out on the backcourt where players haven't been effective in switching or court awareness. A conservative frontcourt would clog lanes,cut down on opponent layups, increase rebounding, and create more fastbreak opportunities (Tiger ball). Offensively, we need more sets with movement, picks, and designs to get the ball to primary scorers. Movement in unison as teammates is required to open passing lanes. I see this all the time with well-coached teams.

To date, we really haven't seen much of this from this coach. Hopefully, today is the day! Always cheering for the Tigers.

Would be accurate if I said it. UH is atrocious so far this year, losing to not one but 2 HBCU's not named Texas Southern (who Mike Davis has playing very well this year).
