What is wrong with you people.
Shame on you...you are truly...arseholes. And yet you are proud of it,
To those still Memphis supporters, and you are not if you incessantly snark about everything Memphis, hang in there, and thanks for not being diks too.
Mods, sorry...but...board policy or no...you have allowed this incessant negativity to become the norm, you have allowed bullying, and you have allowed a once nice addition to the real activities, going to and watching games, to go into the gutter.

At least he does not lose his dribble when you get within a foot of him.
Kedren-san had some nice moves getting from point a to point b. 10 points, 4 assists, 2 rebounds, 2 steals, 1 turnover....I think he had a block too.
Didn't he look a bit smaller, or was it my tube aspect?
I just watched the replay and indeed Kedren has lost weight although as was stated at the beginning of the season he will always look like a slightly doughboy kind of guy. I liked it where in the 2nd half the team ran the 'iso play' where Kedren had the ball, drove it to kick it back out to the shooter or dumped it off to someone under the basket. It's either going to be a layup, a foul or a clean look at a 3

Check the signature below. They're on today as well.
Admirer of the Packers too. Dallas has not had any class since Tom Landry left the game. He was the Epitome of a "Class Act".
GO TIGERS ! ! ! !
AND
GO BRONCOS
Tom ..... I think you mean "Epitome".
Because epidemy means:
Quote:epidemy "an epidemic disease," especially the plague, late 15c., ipedemye, impedyme, from Old French ypidime (12c., Modern French épidémie), from Late Latin epidemia (see epidemic (adj.)).
.
Well, they looked pretty sick today. Thanks anyway.

I remember a couple passes I liked too. Quick and over his head. Flow looked pretty good at times tonight. I know I know....it was a horrible team...but I really enjoyed the win and seeing Kedren, Nick and Burrell in action again.

Yeah, I had to put the chump on ignore.
me too. I'm no mod, but some people relentlessly bash the program all the way from the AD to the towel guy. I have a feeling he is a wolf in sheep's clothing.
Bashing the Towel Guy is the last straw. Our towel guy is the best; clearly FF quality.

Despite the poor opponent, its nice to see Kedren start playing like many thought he would do from the very beginning and thats a hopeful sign for the rest of the season. IMO the #1 issue to the team's poor start to the season was the PG situation. Once Pookie started to improved from the terrible start the team seemed to have more structured and became lest chaotic. He's had his downs recently and now that Kedren is hopefully turning the corner, we can rely on both of them and Markel to get the ball to our bigs and swing men
Not sure if they have have turned the corner yet, but if they nail down a few more loose boards, I think they win Thursday.
Then all chit will break loose with the Pastner Must Go crew.
We just didn't have any guards that were ready to start the season. I hate when that happens. lol Really and truly I do.
They've all improved. I'm ready for a quantum leap. I mean.... why not? Looking forward to improvement is more fun than
looking forward to its opposite.

Isn't that part of the coaching job? To recruit talent that fills the needs, it is pretty obvious with 4 senior guards last year we needed one coming along for this year & forward.
So let's add that to the list, JP a weak floor coach, JP a weak fundamentals coach, JP a weak motivator (can't get his players to work on their game off-season), now JP also a recruiter without regard to talent mix needed.

And the problem with the "down" year narrative is that you will be relying on the same guards next season.
Unless you hunt down another grad transfer.
So, it's either Pookie, Kedren, D'Marnier, or Markel again next year.

Right now, I don't have a prob with that. See me in 6 weeks.

Outside of Kedren, none of the other guards played a single minute of D1 basketball before the start of the season. That's a fact not an excuse. It was going to take time for them to adjust and they are now starting to get it. Next year they should be better prepared out the gate and no one said anything about being worried next year with having those guards, in fact I would be solidly satisfied with those guys as our ball handlers as I see them progress now.

Nothing personal, but that's about the umpteenth time I've heard that. We can sit in a circle and spin the blame bottle all we want, but there's no upside to it...I mean we'll never get to kiss anyone...lol...so what's the point?
I'm looking at what we got right now, how much upside it has, and how we can improve moving forward. Go Tigers. Kick Cincy ass.

Quite the shame.
Since i posted on the first page, did you have a problem with my comments? If so, then please tell me how i offended your standard of what should be posted at mt.org. This message board is here for tiger fans to post opinions, facts, etc. Also, if you do respond, try to do it without your girly style of bullying or name calling in frustation which breaks the aup. Those type of posts are as boring as the select few of posters who do nothing but constantly bash the program at all levels.

yea...I know what you're saying. I'm kind of holding my breath. But in the meantime, yesterday's game was a far cry from the loses we have all experienced this season. Yesterday, our kids were having fun playing BB.
The pain of their demoralization is extremely difficult to watch... even from the couch. I can't switch channels or walk away when our kids are on the field or the court.

What you refer to as "blame", I see from your perspective as an excuse, i.e., "We just didn't have any guards that were ready to start the season...". We can agree our guys weren't ready
