On the Bright Side
The Lawsons looked really good today. They just beat the best high school team in the country so there is something positive. I'm not sure what a coaching change would do for their commitment but im sure the new coach would keep their dad on staff. I know Dedric is ranked higher but I like KJ's game a lot. Seen him play a couple times and he always stands out to me. He has good handles for his size and can get to the rim at ease and he has a good feel for the game. Reminds me a little of Penny.

They were only ranked #3, and the Lawson's are already signed. If there is a new coach, he would have to release them to transfer without sitting out a year or going to JC.

RE: On the Bright Side
It's Oak Hill and they were undefeated so u can downplay it all u want. It was still impressive for a local city team to beat a basketball factory who pulls the best players from around the country to play for them. I was trying to be positive but I appreciate you correcting me. It's all subjective anyways they are the best according to some. So thanks tiger Greggy ?

The Lawson's will not come to Memphis after the next coaching change and they are unathletic anyway. They are not the saviors of Tiger basketball. The optimists need to rein in their expectations and accept reality. It is what it is.

Stop. Dude said Oak Hill is best team. I agree.
You dispute because they're ranked #3. Oranges and apples.
2 opinions. Both accurate.
Stop being trouble before you become TOGC #2.

Rome wasn't built in a day and coach p is still building! Add the Lawsons to our nba frontline and developing guards and you can smell that ncaa championship! Next season will be the most special EVER for tiger fans!

You go from complaining about the team not flying charter but commercial. To to this negative post. You most not be a happy person. When I was still working and had to fly to meetings, I was a number of commercial flights with the BB team. This goes back to when Finch was coach so it is not new. If there is a non-stop flight to where they are playing they will fly commercial. And for as the Lawson's. I'll take a unathletic player that produces over a athletic player that doesn't have good fundamentals any day. And for as your posts they are what they are.

I really, really hope you're right, hope they kick the ever loving crap out of Houston, BUT, that doesn't take away from the fact that Pastner is in way over his head as our head coach and it's obvious that I'm not the only Tiger fan that feels this way......GO TIGERS!!!!

If they can shoot better than they did in Dallas then they can win big. TO's was actually at a decent level. If not for poor shooting and rebounding they may have been able to compete. Lost 2nd half by only a point. Dug too big of a hole in first half.

I remember flying into Birmingham once with Cincinnati and Huggins on board. I really felt sorry for the 6'9" guys having to do yoga positions to squeeze into their coach seats. When we got off the plan, Huggins ordered Nicky (Van Exel) to go get his bags and carry them to the bus. Van Exel did as told.
