USF football news
It seems Autry Denson will be the new RB Coach at USF not David Kelly as some had thought earlier in another thread.

http://www.cincinnati.com/story/blogs/20.../21511255/

Also our new DC Allen states that USF will be moving to a 4-2-5 defensive line up next year, going 4-3 when needed. So no more 3-4. The defense will play more aggressive. This is all good news I can't think of any Bull fan last year that was happy with the 3-4 don't break style

Thanks Cuban. Hopefully some improvement for next season. My biggest concern is CWT calling the offensive plays... but what do I know.

Yes I think with our new DC and the talent there growing TE defense will be better. The offense will still be the question mark in 2015 and how much it improves will depend on wether we make a bowl or have another 4 win season.

Learning yet another new system isn't easy. Especially for a young team so idk about the defense improving

True but the reality is that the team was more a costumed yo a 4-3 attacking style which this more resembles and is a better fit for the athletes available in our state

Costumes may have helped, LOL. Love that speech recognition and/or auto-correct.

Yes auto correct doesn't always correct. 04-cheers
Sometimes I feel we are better without auto correct, i have had some texts that could have gotten me in big trouble

Honest question for USFers, do you guys run WT out of town if he goes .500 or below next season? Or give him one more chance? Admittedly, he didn't walk right into the best situation and it may take some time to fix.

I think he needs to go at least .500 this year. But there must be more life in his offense. Tampa is not a town where fans will show up to see struggling offenses and losing. Even the Bucs struggle with that.

I think this is why he is looking at opening up more his offense. Anything less than 6-6 and his situation becomes iffy.
