I do sense some Old Big East and Old C-USA loyalties here among the fans. That's ok, it is what it is. The new boys will just have to show the old BE line the error of theirs ways. 04-rock04-rock

RE: 1/10 AAC Games
What 3-point barrage are you referring to? Temple couldn't score from the opening tip. Tulsa was good enough to take advantage of a terrible shooting day by an entire team, and an injury to the team leader. All I saw was a game that was handed to a team that played well enough to take it, much like Temple's win vs. UCONN. I'm sure the win was enjoyable for you, but all I can remember was watching my team miss makable shots all night. I don't remember any memorable coaching.

This one really depresses me because I think we had it in the bag before Cummings got hurt.

At least you have some 3 pt shooting you can count on. Tulsa's best 3 pt shooter is 20% or less on the season. Not good.

Congrats Tulsa. You have a nice team. I like Harrisons moves and touch with the ball.

I am very disappointed in Temples lack of leadership after Cummings went out. Bad timing for this, with SMU and Cincy coming up

RE: 1/10 AAC Games
Ever since Harrison took the reins of the leadership in hand. Tulsa hasn't lost. That's wins for the last 6 games. First 1/3rd of the season we really didn't have a clear leader on the team and Tulsa didn't have a clear identity as to the type of team we were. So we struggled then.

Tulane's last five opponents (UW, St. John's, ECU, Memphis, and Temple) are a combined 0-12 since playing Tulane.

Our RPI continues to sink as a result. Oh well.

St. John's and UW were top 25 teams when Tulane played them - but both of them have not won a conference game since.

My head is a little clearer now. You guys have a nice team and earned a well deserved W. I'm disappointed as hell in how we played, but am relaxed enough now to give proper respect for the effort Tulsa put in. Good win Tulsa. Looking forward to some payback.

Congrats Huskies...always tough to beat you on the road. I think the last time we won there two or three years ago was when SK drilled a three at the buzzer.

I admit I didn't see that one coming. Congrats to the 'Cane, and I guess that Div. 2 loss really was just a fluke. (But damn what a fluke)

Looks like UCONN has its act together, too. I think they're in good shape for the Stanford game coming up.

Yeah that Div 2 loss did hurt a lot. But I think the loss also woke Tulsa as Team up a bit. It when we were still lacking leadership on the team and didn't really know what kind of team we were style wise then. Since then our guard Shaq Harrison has gone on a 20 pt per game tear and is providing the leadership we were lacking the first 1/3 of the season. Better circumstances now. I have a lot of respect for Temple and seeing Cummings go down had to have hurt Temple players and fans.

Also Haith was gone the entire week due to a serious family illness , the other team shot better than they ever had before, our team shot terribly, and the refs didn't help our case either.

Big win for Tulsa
The league now has four teams under 40 in RPI and UConn at 63 creeping closer.

I think four teams in the dance it's very possible
