Since it was never submitted to that committee (St. John shut it down first), they will just claim Mackin and boosters are all lying about it.

Is that a SACS violation?

Either Kellee Reinhart has been instructed by Mr St John that he didnt say those things or else she is just assuming that he didnt because he wasnt supposed to be in a position to tell UAB we cant put synthetic turf on the practice field ( which doesnt actually mean that he didnt, in fact, tell BM that we couldnt do it, just that she assumed he wouldnt ). I tend to believe that there would be no reason for Brian to specifically mislead 2 of the UAB's great supporters about that issue and to also have previously sent out text messages to many of out benefactors that we had $ committed that he could use for whatever he wanted.

Mr. Scarbinsky, I owe you several beers. It's good to see some negative publicity on St. John.

Good to see Don Hire still willing to come forward publicly with his knowledge against Watts and the BOT in spite of his inclusion on the review committee.

Fess and company made the mistake of pissing off people wth more money than they have. Cubby is one of the few on the board who have the personal wealth to make someone in DC or NY pay attention. on a bigger stageost of these folks are lightweights because again outside of Bryant they never created anything

Turns out the attorney Watts hired works at the same firm as Finis St John's son.

There are text records...so I'm sure Brian communicated via phone to St. John and guess what there are phone records as well.

I guess we now know what may have prompted the change in the focus of the athletic department study...
