I had just about forgotten about the game. Not the same without a CAA or SoCon team playing for the championship.

Unfortunately the game, as well as the playoff games leading up to it, get no publicity or media coverage at all. None. Other than the teams playing and their followers nobody knows about it...played in a vacuum.

Nothing new. It is always back page news. But then so are the "other" bowl games that litter the programming. Anytime a FCS game is on the talking heads try to beat each other to comments about the FBS transfers on the FCS squads. Since ISU is playing they should have plenty of fodder there.

On the upside, since Winston is going pro we will not have to hear about him on the college telecasts.
