Coach Montgomery's staff is looking to be a mostly young and aggressive staff in general. If you add someone older then make sure he has tons of experience. Mission accomplished I would say. This staff should pay off almost immediately as far as recruiting is concerned. I expect this staff will go after many high level recruit targets often. Montgomery in general has already paid of hugely.

I agree......it looks like a good staff and I think they will get us some nice players......maybe not next year but starting 2016. I am looking forward to football!!!

Bill Young is that coach the others can also go to for occasional advice and support. I think this was an Art Briles kind of hire and will probably be the only "old guy" on staff. IMO PM thinks there is always room for a guy thats been around the park a bunch.

I really like this one because it wasn't too long ago that Bill was in the running for the head job. I think this is also a hire that gives the staff a guy who knows the history of the program with his ties to some of the great coaches and players in the past. That can be a big deal when recruits and those all important moms and dads come in. BTW, I think he knows a little bit about the OSU program they'll be playing and how Gundy thinks.
