Props to Pastner for playing a serious role in turning that young man's life around. Geron will be a success in anything he chooses, no matter what profession he finds himself in. Something to be proud of.

My baseball coaches did not let us have any sort of social media accounts. Granted, that was before Twitter but at that point Facebook was really catching on and was the new big thing. But he had too many players in the previous season posting ridiculous partying pictures and even some posts venting about coaches...

Good advice. Even if Iverson is 100% justified (which he is not, at least not 100%), any future coach he may have is going to see those tweets.

I really liked this young man!! I had the chance to talk to him several times. I think he really matured while here.

We have a lot of hand wringing over a statements made by a marginal, disgruntled player. KI has a hard time when he is on the court just doing basic things, its no wonder he doesn't play. So of course he is unhappy, he thinks he should be starting and playing the entire game. The Tigers may have some real issues, but this is a guy who has never done anything at all. Not even in one single game.
