I'm kind of surprised to watch our former coach, Doug Marrone have walked out on the team after this season. What is more surprising is that being one of 32 head coaches in the NFL, is that he apparently didn't have another coaching gig lined up before splitting.

At this point I'm feeling a little vindictive and hope he doesn't get hired. Yes, I know he is being paid that $4 mil in guaranteed money, but it will make me feel better knowing he made a bonehead decision and didn't have a fall-back plan.

Doesn't get it.

Yep. That's a lot of satisfaction in my book from his d-bag move. Serves him right.

Exclamation RE: NFL Head Coach Vacancies
[Image: atl.png] Looks Like it's Dan Quinn as new Falcons HC:

Who’s Dan Quinn bringing in as DC?
January 22, 2015 | Atlanta Journal-Constitution

FLOWERY BRANCH – Seattle defensive coordinator Dan Quinn is expected to bring in a defensive coordinator who’s currently on the Seahawks staff, according to a report by Dianna Russini of Washington NBC Channel 4.

(She covered the New York Jets when Quinn was there and has been getting information to tweet about the Falcons new coach that’s been accurate. She’s also from New Jersey, like Quinn, a Morristown, N.J. native.)

"Looks like Dan Quinn will be the Falcons next coach barring any $ issues, told he expects to pick his own DC from current Seattle staff
— Dianna Marie Russini (@NBCdianna) January 19, 2015"

Most of the speculation centers around linebackers coach Ken Norton Jr. and defensive passing game coordinator Rocky Seto. But the Falcons, who are doing the best they can to steer clear of tampering charges, are not even mentioning any candidates.
