A terrible tragedy caused by a careless gun owner is no more horrible than a terrible tragedy caused by a careless vehicle driver, machine operator, Doctor, Construction worker, Nurse, Food processor, Train engineer, Airline Pilot...ect..ect...ect..ect..ect.. Unfortunately...You can not legislate common sense or fix stupid.
