I know what fixin' means. So does every West Virginia native. So does Oliver Luck, who lived in Texas for quite some time. Art Briles has never figured that out.

Apparently, neither have you, or you'd have realized the emphasis on fixin' was sarcasm.

So I think we can now safely conclude from MSU's 1 point win that the committee was right and Art Briles was wrong.
