Interesting tidbit on the Kent State radio...
broadcast as I was waiting to leave Fort Lauderdale for our cruise. The Kent State announcer said that Joe Kleine was coaching for free- that he donated his entire salary back to UALR. While I suspected this, I never heard it mentioned officially. Hard to imagine that a guy at Kent State would state this if he didn't have it from a very good source. Don't know if Joe wants the head job, but if he would do it for free, I'm sure he would be the leading candidate. I'm not sure if he wants the headache and aggravation of being a head coach, whether he gets paid or not.

I would bet Joe is selective about what he wants to do with his time.

We still have to rebrand.

Ya, I really doubt he wants to be a head coach.

I've always liked Joe. He was playing for Sutton when I was still hog fan. I've never met him, but I've always heard he's a nice guy. While I don't know if that is a true story or not, but if it is, now you know why Peterson fired Kevin Fricke and hired Joe.
