RE: Top 10 Brits in Collegiate Tennis
Virtually no visibility of British collegiate success in the US over here in the 'Land of Dull Skies'. Possibly because it looks like Natalie benefited from attending a tennis academy (Pendleton School (IMG)) in Florida. Good to see that Rice could recruit there and that her family(?) was able to make it across as well. Her brother, Bradley, attended St Stephens in Bradenton FL, now a walk-on with the Rice football team. I was a bit confused as Natalie lists her hometown as Leigh. There are about a half dozen Leighs in England, but as her brother was born in Salford it seems safe to assume her hometown is Leigh, Greater Manchester. Literally just up the road from where I sit.

Possibly the Rice SID could feed the British local media, BBC North West, with any news of Natalie's success in 2015.

Also of note is that the Lawn Tennis Association has apparently restructured its support for rising British tennis stars from cash-in-hand to subsidized coaching. I'm not sure if that will be available to Natalie unless she returns to England's green and pleasant land(?), but here's best wishes to her continued success in 2015 and beyond.

It would have been neat if we had named our new tennis complex the George R. Brown Lawn Tennis Center :)
