Big surprise.
I saw the replay from all angles, and it was NOT a catch. The refs made the right call, despite your opinion to the contrary.
Respectfully disagree.

But I doubt they overturn that catch if it was Arizona.
The refs would have ruled it no catch no matter who it was. The ball was still moving when he hit the ground. Try complaining about something worthwhile next time around.

Is complaining about the awful play calls by Boise there worthwhile of complaint?

Wasn't it Arizona that had that FG disaster vs. Wisconsin last year?

Anu Solomon made some very ironic decisions considering his last name!

Way to go Boise. Way to prove you are not dependent on one coach.

Considering that he's a freshman, is that all that surprising?

But you have to give credit to Boise, they made the plays when they had to.

Huge win for Boise, and for the G5.

Hard for the P5 to argue that they should separate from the G5 on competitiveness grounds.

Boise would compete in the Big 12 after a few years just like TCU did.

Nope, I even said that to my brother.

I give all the credit to Boise. That is why I picked the Broncos to win.

Boise really doesn't have deep pockets like TCU.

When you get your Big XII pants, they come with deep pockets. Much deeper than BSU has ever had anyway, and they've competed just fine despite their limited resources.

I don't really know their financial situation or TCUs. I'm pretty oblivious to stuff like that so I'll take your word for it. I think they could compete with the big boys though.

RE: Fiesta Bowl -- Boise State vs. Arizona
one of the biggest factors in TCU's success is the fact that Texas is as awful as they are. When Texas is down the rest of the state does well.

A&M is also mediocre, but to be fair they have been mediocre for as long as I've been alive. Baylor and TCU have seized the opportunity.
