The police do it whenever a person is connected to a criminal activity.

This isn't racial. This is how the justice system works. Also, questioning does NOT imply that charges are forthcoming.

If you want to keep it in context on this topic, the people in the malls starting the fights are black. In some cases females are starting the fights. Now that mall requires non adults to be with a parent or guardian at certain times. Should this rule apply to non black people?

Officers are told that they have to question black people? I seriously doubt that. That would be a law suit waiting to happen.

Yes I would but now you have porbably cause. So you aren't just questioning black people at random, you are questioning a person who fits a discription and you have probable cause.

Well that's what I've been talking about for two pages.

The problem is that when you question a black person they immediately say they were profiled because you're racist and before facts can even be presented, cities get trashed and a man's career gets ruined for no reason.

So back to my original post on page 5, post #41 & #42 in response to Kaplony:

They met with the mall management and made a bunch of suggestions but they were told that the corporate office wouldn't allow them to do most of them because increasing security was racist. Bet you a dollar that was the case here.

Probably should just have seperate malls for blacks and whites. It would be just like the "good 'ol days".

More like decent people will not shop where criminals are allowed free reign by leftist "politically correct" BS.

If anything you leftists should be for shopping malls being as secure as possible. When they fail to adopt proper security practices out of PC fears they will inevitably shut down and that costs you a ton of tax money that you could be applying to your numerous socialist policies and programs.

Most of the white people out there don't have an issue with black people - they have an issue with the "project mentality" and stay well away from certain areas in an effort to protect their children/friends/family.

In some isolated cases it is racism - but that's not the reason 90-95% of the time.

Note: Middle America avoids white trash just as often as they do black trash. The issue here is the word "trash".
