These aren't great teams, but they're evenly matched. It's worth watching.

Ditto for the game before this (Penn State-BC).

Does the Husker head coach have something against field goals? He has lost his mind...

USC finally salts it away (apparently). Gonna end 45-42. Good ball game.

Going for the win in this situation involves pushing it into overtime first. That was way too cavalier of a strategy - and it makes him look like an idiot.

Why play extra time in a Game that actually doesn't count...there is a reason why you see more trick plays and the younger guys get more action.

Also, you have players like Randy Gregory looking to avoid injury in a game like this...just saying.

You climb back into the game from 18 down. Then you go for two so a field goal can tie the game. After all that he goes 4th and 3... He lost me right there...

The point for the Huskers really wasn't about winning. It was about being competitive against one of the Top brands in college football.

The Huskers are one of the top brands in college football. A win here would have shut some mouths about the quality of the Big Ten.

Just by the game action itself and the circumstances it was played under with Pelini departure Nebraska came out fine.
