Hey, I just noticed you started a thread on this earlier and so was going to delete my post (and hence the thread), but since you replied to it, I can't! 03-lmfao

So now UNC is pulling a Central Michigan. Was 40-7, now 40-21 and UNC is driving.

I was expecting a better effort out of UNC with so much at stake.

That has to be the most charitable and generous thing anyone will say about Carolina football this year.

The highlight for the players was going to downtown Detroit to get Coney Island hotdogs. I kid you not.

For what it's worth the area between the hotel and Ford Field and is pretty cool. If the timing of the bowl was different I would have stayed another day.

Man, you are a true Rutgers man for going to this bowl. Glad they rewarded you with a victory.

We played really well for three quarters. Then we tried to give the game way. UNCheat declined and let us keep the victory.

Rutgers needs to learn how to finish a game. With those TWO onside kicks resulting in scores, UNC was able to get back into the game late. UNC kept shooting itself in the foot with TWO TD's nullified by offensive pass interference and a fair catch violation going RU's way. Also, some terrible game management by Fedora at the end of the game.

At least Flood finally managed to get a bowl win. All in all a successful first year in the B1G-East!

If this game was on he weekend, I totally would have driven out with a buddy. I can make Detroit in less than ten hours.

You know. I just now realized that Rutgers went from the Big East to the B1G East. Imagine that. 07-coffee3

Same here. I'm never going to make it to a bowl on Dec 26 anywhere.
