That's a pretty neat building. They will have a room in there that will block practically all sounds. It will be about as close to 0 decibels as you can possibly get. They say it's pretty scary because since all background noise is blocked, the only sound you can here is your bodily functions. They are using it for audiology research.

Awesome. What is the $1M permit for the track or soccer field or maybe softball updates? Any news on when the ground breaking is for the IPF as permits were applied for in March? Sounds like an outside chance that the IPF may be used during the 2015 season of its prefab?
