I know.... I'm stoked about a few gifts I might be getting:

1) GitS anime of a new series they did in 2014 I believe.
--SAC was great and I loved the three animated movies

2) Samus Amiibo

**********

Downloading Duck Hunt/NES WiiUVCas soon as it hits the eShop!

Black Carolina Panthers sweatshirt I bought myself as my own Xmas present.

I'm hoping I get the new mariocart from my sister...

My kids each gave me Star Wars toys, which surprised me because I don't really collect toys. They'll look nice in my office though, so I'm not complaining.

Merry Christmas to you all!

The new Mario Kart has probably the best online system yet. It just seems smoother than the others. I wasn't a big fan of the amiboos when they announced them, but I have to say the people I've seen with them in the game they look pretty cool.

Lol that sucks. The cables for it work on my samsung 50" I bought this year. I heard they are worth a lot of money now

I got one of those Husky stackable tool storage sets with wheels. Needed it cause the garage was getting too cluttered. Btw, any of you guys have overhead storage racks installed in your garage? Thinking about doing that too, wanted to know thoughts of people that have it.

Ohh, you misunderstand me then, the NES works fine. The Zapper and Duck Hunt do not work on anything other than analog CRT tvs.

And the game in VC form runs great. I did get some odd hit boxes though on the ducks and the pigeons. That said, for not having played the game in 20 years I got L14 in 1 duck, L11 in 2 ducks, and L20 in skeet.

MK8 is great. I'd heavily recommend getting the DLC pack for $11.99 which is split of a current set to take advantage of and a new set coming in May. You get 3 racers, 3 karts, some kart parts, and TWO FULL 4 race cups in each! Also, by virtue of buying the set you get to have multiple colored Yoshis and Shy Guys unlocked as well.

The Mii suits from Amiibos in MK8 are ok.... I am loving my Samus suit. I can't wait to snag a Captain Falcon Amiibo and race in his Mii Suit in the Blue Falcon. But the real thing this set of Amiibos do is tied to Smash Bros U.

Nintendo only really screwed up Battle Mode completely in MK8 because everything else top shelf.

Samus is the lead character from the Metroid series. In Smash Bros they are a trainable AI character for you.

And NO, I am not 12.

http://mariokart8.nintendo.com/dlc/

Mercedes 3 car set + Mercedes wheels = FREE

And the DLC packs are $8/ea or $12 for the pair.
--Each Pack gives you 3 new racers, 4 new karts, and 8 tracks/2 cups
--one set you can get now, the 2nd set arrives in May.

If you get the bundle you immediately get the Shy Guys and the Yoshis in different colors.
