**DISCLAIMER** This is not a thread bashing Josh!

Maybe this has been discussed here in the past, but I can't recall...

Josh has obvious connections to the city of Houston and Houston Hoops AAU program. Why have we not been able to land any of those players? There have been a number of high-level guys and there are more on the way.

Does Josh not want to lean on his dad for help in recruiting, just Xs & Os?

I don't know the answer but I have wondered why he does not recruit Texas.

He does recruit Texas. Why would these Texas players want to play for Josh and Memphis?

Look at the football roster. There are a lot of Texas players on the football team and other Memphis teams. Texas is actually a good place for us to recruit.

If we had a few Texas players on the roster, that would be a very popular line of attack by the haters.

Weird how recruiting began falling off after adding assistants supposedly known for their recruiting.
