That's a killer giving up a 30 yard TD on 4th and 15.

I wish they would've done a myrtle beach bowl instead of Bahamas. That would be one our eastern school's fans could attend.
Bahamas is extremely close for F_U.

It's still pretty expensive I think

Doughty just might be playing his way out of next season's CUSA. Just awesome. Can't believe he wouldn't be at worst a 2nd round draft choice in the NFL in 2015 draft.

No way he would be 2nd round pick man...NOt sure if you serious or not...Might get drafted but would be a stretch...

Just like last night, the talent gap between these two teams is glaring. Its not even close. The size and speed is different as night and day. CMU better hope that the WKU coach calls off the dogs after the third qtr or WKU may drop 80 on them.

With our D, we can NOT ever do that. We need a 5-7 TD lead at the half for a chance at a win.

Doughty knows he needs to work on parts of his game if he wants a successful NFL career or a chance at the NFL

.
They don't have the personnel to stop the Topper offense. 440 yards at half. The defense has played decent. Too many big plays on 3rd and 4th downs plus the stupid pass interference or they might just have 7 or 14 at the most.

He's impressive. If CMU watched the game film against tech, they would blitz on every down. They may not have d backs that can cover man to man or cover the zone blitz. This and the MU game showed showed how good Techs pass D is.

Glad he had a off game against us but our D helped him throw 5 ints.

CUSA is looking like the best G5 right now. Rice wins tonight and tech in 2 days and I believe it will be between CUSA and MWC for top dogs.

Very the 20 min flight from South Florida to Nassua can cost 250-300 round trip this time of year.
Throw in pass ports and having to spend a night in Atlantis which is 250 a night for a closet.

I dont know maybe our run game and OL has improved since the La. Tech game..I think that is what we needed really to get where we wanted to go this season...Thanks La Tech defense!

They have improved. The WKU defense is also better. You guys will be the favorite to win CUSA next year. Looking great.

Even if FAU played in this game it is still extremely expensive to Fly the short 150 miles to
Nassau and with not many hotel options you have to stay at the Atlantis which can be over 250 dollars a night.
I don't understand why the bowl didn't do a deal with a day cruise where you can drink and gamble on the way to the game and come back to south Florida that night where hotel fair can me much cheaper and also cheaper to fly in and out of.

I don't mind the bowl being in an exotic, if less easily accessed, location as a reward for the teams involved. I do like your idea of working with the cruise lines for day-trip (and overnight/weekend) deals. Sell the game as part of a cruise package.

Norfolk has a cruise terminal; I wonder how much time it would take to get a boat up here if ODU got an invite to the Bahamas Bowl?

It's hilarious hearing senile Lou Holts just constantly hammering CMU.
