RE: Bowl game history
If TCU beats Ole Miss convincingly, it may open up a huge can of worms regarding extending the Play-oFFs from 4 teams to 8 or maybe 16 teams?

Were The Big 12 unfairly excluded ?

RE: Bowl game history
Could the Peach Bowl have been TCU vs NIU. 7, didn't the 2012 team lose to number 11 FSU? They probably could've beat some teams 16-25 ranked.

RE: Bowl game history
Pre- 2004 MAC champions would play a 6-6 B1G team.
One could argue that in those days it was a good match-up.
Today it might be seen as insulting to put a MAC Champion against a 6-6 B1G team for a Bowl game.
Number of MAC teams in top 25 might be a much more accurate measure of success.
In 2012 the MAC had 2 teams in the final AP pole. Their Bowl record was 2-5
In 2011 the MAC had 0 teams in the final AP pole. Their Bowl record was 4-1.
Which was a better season?
