(Tosin, CJ, and Lee) learn how to take the ball strong to the rim instead of settling for jump shots.

That is all.

CJ appears to have regressed. We really need Mehinti Cokely and Lee to step it up.

I think they need to just settle down and realize that they're making it hard on themselves. I feel like our offense is going through the motions more than they are really executing and it shows. The crazy thing to me is that the slot selection as a team isn't actually bad. It's a lot of good looks that just don't go down. Like you said, though, it'd be nice if they looked for the contact in some strong moves.

I want to see coach establish some kind of identity for the team aside from a young team trying to find its way. I think once you properly establish the kind of team you want to be, then players can settle into their roles better.

Mehinti is strong as hell now. There is no excuse for him to be shooting jumpers. He needs to work on his post game, and become a force. There aren't many guys out there who can contain him.

CJ has always played soft. I don't get it, because there where many times last year where he was fighting down low and making things happen. He has the skill set, I just don't know what he is trying to prove.

Cokley and Lee are still freshmen. The amount of freshmen coming in ready to play that type of game is very small. UAB doesn't get those guys. We need to get some meat on them, and that should help with our rebounding next year as well. Lee has the game to shoot jumpers, he just needs to mix it up. They'll get there, but right now those guys are very young.

We need guys in general to attack more though. Sullivan is the only guy who has consistently done this all year, he just hasn't been very efficient. Brown, Norton, watts, Baxter, Madison, whoever; get in the paint and make **** happen. If you miss, hopefully our big guys will be able to grab a board and get an easy put back. The jump shots aren't working in general.

They're all power forwards we have no true center. Until we can get a true center they will struggle. Also I like Sullivan on the perimeter it's just his shot ain't falling right now consistently

This year's team needs a Coop.

Vaden, Squeaky, and Steve Mitchell would also probably help.

If we simply had Haas, things would be different.

You're right, some big bodies. I could live with how the guys played if we had a big body to rebound some shots. I believe Zisis could be a star in CJH system if he run to the rim in transition. Cokley isn't a center and we are asking a lot out of tosin and there's a need for a bigger body for the development of Mehinti,Lee,and Cokley.

For DMV n Bg9 Oliver Robinson he's the g.o.a.t. since y'all went that way.

The funny thing is right now Lee has no clue on rebounding position. He will be in the proper place and move say way under the basket and watch the ball go over his head. He ever figures that he will rule the boards.

Yeah, Lee is really talented but very raw. He hasn't figured out rebounding positioning and he's only just begun to find his shot offensively. Steals, blocks, and assists he does pretty much instinctively, just on reaction.

I think he is used to being the most athletic, skilled player on the floor. He didn't have to worry about those details like positioning on rebounds because between his height and physical talent, those issues didn't particularly matter at the HS level.

I agree that with some coaching, he will be a huge challenge for anyone to deal with. Looking forward to seeing his progression.

I hear Steve Mitchell might have lost a step.
