No reason for a suspension, whatsoever!

That clown (#12) took a pot shot at one of his teammates. If he DIDN'T respond with that right cross, that may have been worthy of a suspension.

Make him run a few extra laps. End of story.

I talked with across when the team arrived home last night. He told me that BYU didn't know how to fight! Saw he did more damage to himself head butting his teammates before the game without his helmet on.

I agree with you, but it is Tom Bowen and the Memphis Admin that will make that decision.
They may have to make an example because the game was on tv...and could 'damage' our image so to speak.
Praying for the best!

OK. Suspend him for the first quarter of the Missouri State game.

Hell, it's what most teams in the Power 5 would issue out as punishment. If we want to be big time, do what they do, lol!

That is too far off. The young man needs to learn his lesson sooner. I say sit him out of the first quarter of the blue-gray game.

Nacua got what he deserved, now let's hope he's not expelled from BYU as I've heard may be the outcome. Shouldn't have his life turned upside down over this, he's still just a college kid that got wrapped up in the emotion. Let the busted face, humiliation, and fair suspension be his punishment. Outright expulsion seems drastic.

Funny comment from youtube... lol.

"Pick a fight with a college football team, risk a country beatdown or ghetto beatdown.

Pick a fight with Memphis, risk a simultaneous ghetto country beatdown."

I actually wish he had picked on one of our DB's, like Malone, Ball or Gaines. They would have beat him to a pulp. Punk looks like he is 12 years old.

I do not condone his punch, but it would be hard for me - even at my age - to show restraint after watching my team mate get hit. It is easy to say walk away (which he should have done) but difficult to execute.

The wife and I happen to be in Hong Kong for the holidays. During breakfast this morning local news showed this video several times. Not sure what the announcer was saying but my somewhat amateur interpretation was something like this " Evil BYU running dog lackeys b**ch slapped by victorious Memphis heroes". Or something like that.
