Again, BYU coaches, players, fans, and so on are the ones who talked **** all week, lied on us all week, and shoulder bumped, chest bumped and so on all game long. They have done that to SEVERAL teams this season. Problem is you don't do that to Memphis players, especially the ones from Memphis. Opposing teams tend to get Knocked the F out when they do.

It did escalate to far sure, but we're not gonna just stand there and let them attack us.

People fail to realize we had no reason to do anything but celebrate. When a team talks about how they're going to crush you all week, and they lose they better get used to that opposing team celebrating in their faces. Deal with it and move off the field like the losers should. We had a trophy to get presented, they didn't have anything but a flight home. It was our field to stay on. F them.

That is one of the comments that the commentators kept making that really made me mad. They kept saying that Memphis needed to get off the field but never mentioned BYU going back to their locker rooms where they belonged... I guess, the real questions is; would this have happened had Memphis lost?

The commentators also said that memphis threw the first punch. That was highly irresponsible, especially considering all of the action on the field. They knew they had no idea who threw the first punch. If there is a bunch of stuff going on, and you see a punch thrown, I guarantee tha twasnt the first punch thrown.

RE: BYU Messageboard
I sat in section 4 with mostly BYU fans. They were pretty nasty and hostile.

The first true punch was thrown by BYU, no matter how hard you want to spin yourself into the ground.
