It was ugly with lots of cheap shots.

I'm guessing there will be repercussions for next year's teams.

Beautiful game...Ugly ending to it, though. That brawl was , especially the cheap shot that the BYU player got in on a UM player from behind, ESPN got the whole thing recorded, good chance there will be heavy rolls on the players (not much they can do to the seniors involved), schools are likely to be fined or reprimanded in some way, but from the 4th quarter into the OT's, it was compelling football to watch. Congratulations, Memphis on the win...

Hey, "Legal", what was the worst football brawl you'd ever seen? For me, it was the Oregon - Boise State rhubarb involving LaGarrett Blount. The FIU - Miami U was a close 2nd, Houston - Hawai'i after a bowl game (can't remember which one) 3rd.

That was probably the worst college football brawl I've seen due to the sheer number of participants. The amount of time it lasted and the number of punches thrown were more than the UM-FIU game a while back.

It was a hell of a game. I thought that each team was going to win it outright several times over. Both team's quarterbacks need work

The only thing missing was Pastner running across the field to break it up.

The UAB v Samford brawl was pretty bad. I believe we were still a club team at the time. Full bench clearing brawl.

Didn't the WKU/Marshall game almost break out into a brawl a few times?

So in our club team days, we had insane brawls? Something tells me if we field a club team in 2015, that wouldn't be the case...

Great game, though. I guess I'm now a Memphis fan...? I don't know. Who are we supposed to root for now, by the way?

Well, I feel pretty much like a pariah as far as absolute allegiance to any college football team after what Watts and the BOT did to ours.

Because of family ties, I give shout outs to Northwestern & Wisconsin, but UAB Football was where my heart was. Watching these bowl games just don't feel the same now...Very happy for the other schools and their fans playing in them, but my essence has been extinguished...But not my resolve to try and help set things right...#RKORLW
