First time in over 10 years that I'm not off from now thru 1st of the year. We have a project to complete, only get Xmas Day off.

I'm basically off and "working from home." I have some chicken wings sprinkled with dry rub, and will be smoking them in the morning and then tossing them in BBQ and white BBQ sauce. Plenty of beer too.

At least you will be making money?

It's an option. We are having a gathering. It's also good on chicken. White, regular, dry rub, and buffalo.
