Dude just shut up already.

You started this thread to pick a fight and you dove in head first as soon as someone questioned your motives.

You've already made about a gazillion rants on Pastner in the last month alone. You take shots at him every day and even after 30 point wins. Just stop stirring crap up. Everyone already knew were you stood.

Dude - read the first line of my post and click out.

You must be interested or you wouldn't have made it this far.

I warned that this post wasn't for the Pastner supporters. How much more clear can someone be?

I guess having a net worth of $3.50 is pretty good. It means you are not in debt. You know Bernie Madoff was in the investment game too.

3G - hilarious. $3.50
I don't make money off other people. I make money for my clients in real estate. Send me a PM and ask for my websites to read my client reviews. The only reason I have success is because I give my clients advice that makes them money.

I realize that this concept makes no senses to a lifelong W2 employee but it's actually a pretty cool way to make a living.

I get paid only when my customers get paid. What a concept

Being able to steer my own ship is amazing. I have no boss, I travel whenever and wherever I desire. I'm not privileged....I earned this lifestyle by taking risks and I didn't rely on anyone but myself.

Gotta have Balls to live life exactly how you desire.

1099 myself too. Very tough way to work. I've been knocked down more times then I can count, but I always get up. Hell, our paths might have crossed. Not to mention, we get taxed like crazy.

I've always been a Pastner fan but I don't think he is the long term answer. I believe his micro managing is a big part.

I just hope the team continues to improve.

I miss the days when you could use your free MVP upgrade coupon to get in the football games. Ticket takers didnt give a shat. How's that for NW!

DCG141 - hey bud. You have a creative user name. I need you to give me some tips on names if you don't mind.

You are about 2 months late for that joke. However your version is hilarious. Everyone is cracking up over your astute observation of my poster name.

Great catch. You should really try out for a stand up comic job. You have what it takes to make it big.

I bet if we wait long enough we will see your on an HBO comedian show.

Keep it up cuz you have a future

Wow..you are one angry dude.

Cyp was the#2 asst behind Willis Wilson.
At A&M he is the lead asst, and asst head coach.

A&M will not out spend Memphis for a basketball coach.

A&M is a P5 school. They have football money to throw around if they want to.

The incessant whining/complaining/criticism about Pastner makes me sick.
BUT
So do the posts that defend him at all costs.

Something isn't right. Anyone who doesn't see that is choosing to turn a blind eye. Can Josh fix it? I don't know...but right now, he's our coach and we have a group of guys suiting up and playing...proudly wearing the school name and representing as best they can.
Get out there and support them.
Or don't.
But shut up about firing him unless you're going to write the check for the buy-out
.

IMO I think this is very inappropriate! This is a fan forum and message board where we should respectfully to head to one's opinions...There's no rule to either agree or disagree...but telling someone they need to shut up is offensive...you don't have anymore right to that verbiage as anyone does with the expression of an opinion of the coaches tenure! The nerve of some people is asinine...The writer expressed the commitment level through travel;tuition;funding;emotion;spirit and GOD knows what other commitments that are unmentioned, therefore technically does wright the check for a buyout....Hell at least a %; and without having adequate knowledge of the extent of that commitment....you are completely & totally out of line if you feel the audacity to warrant telling someone that they should consider your growl or bark or grunt to SHUT UP! And I use those terms as clearly your have a lack of ethics and inhuman 03-puke shut up

Oh, I have lots of nerve and audacity.
Let me put it another way...put up or shut up. Most of the whiners expect us to be among the blue-bloods of CBB because their memory only goes to 2008. It's like we've never had a Final4 drought this long in our history. It's like we expect to compete for a national title every year. Open up the media guide and read up on our history. Here's a link to it, just to make it easy for you. Boom

Want Pastner out? Make it happen. In other words, do something MEANINGFUL. Empty words and whining about it on a message board is about as cowardly as I can imagine. Why not go to his house, light a bag of dog-crap on fire, ring the doorbell, and run away? Hey, go put a "for sale" sign in his yard. I'm sure that'd be a good retread. Surely that would have more of an impact than creating 100 threads on this message board and constantly saying the same thing.

Attacking the coach, and indirectly, the team and the school will surely motivate the change you crave. That's how big-time programs act.

And to your taking offense to my use of "shut up"...get over yourself or shut up. I don't care which you choose, just so long as it's one of them. Otherwise, you may stay in a perpetual state of offense...because I'm sure I'm not the first, and certainly not the last, to give you that advice.

It's not towards me coward! I say coward because of thr antics thar you prefer, such as; lighting a bag of dog crap, ringing the door bell, and running; sounds like something you and your GW pals are accustomed too! You and your fellow butt buds....where I'm from you don't come home after crap like that.....so playing is not in my vocab. ....You have no right to pass judgements on other fans foe posting what they witness after a game.....your not the moderator! If you don't wanna hear/read it......go and feed the homeless. ...take your wife out to dinner. ...go spend time with your favorite kid and get the hell off of this message board!

Man, you're too easy...then again, you stepped into something not addressed to you specifically. Wipe your shoes before you go in.

Time to make the move to put the full court press for Bruce Pearl.

He is the perfect coach for Memphis.

He will energize our fan base and recruiting efforts.

Plus he will keep Coach Lawson in tact.
