Probably not until after the bowl game. Doesn't work the same way as head coaches having to leave beforehand.

Either way, good for him. Going to back to his alma mater probably had a lot to do with it. Wish him and his family luck.

I think it's more likely they elevate Jake Landry from grad assistant to the coaching staff, similar to what they did with Tripodi.

The good news is, I would imagine this means Niemann isn't going anywhere.

If the reports on Carey and Cole not always seeing eye to eye are true, I wonder if Beebe's being considered for OC?

And yes, I am absolutely just throwing **** against a wall here.

I would like for that to happen more so than Beebe coming in. That could just be a little odd with his son on the team.

Landry played QB in college and was coaching QBs as a grad assistant last year. I don't think he'll be the guy they replace him with.

Keep in mind they need a new ST coordinator too.

I guess the word reports was a stretch, but it's been mentioned on here a few times.

If it's only been mentioned on here, then I personally won't buy too much into it. Is it possible, maybe, but if it hasn't been reported outside of here, I'm looking too much into it.

Highly doubtful.. Wouldn't surprise me to see him on the staff in some form, but not as OC rightaway.

It's his alma mater and I'm sure he got a raise. Can't hate on that.
