RE: Ali Farhat
Good for him. He'll at least get some playing time there. Hard working kid.

RE: Ali Farhat
Ali is listed on a comprehensive list done by Jeff Goodman of ESPN, an "ESPN Insider's" article (subscription).

Couple in interesting things think I can post.

I've read that Treadwell is out at Akron and might be looking to go overseas. We will not face him again. I've seen that stated elsewhere.

They have Dre Applewhite (Toledo) listed but I think it is a mistake. He transferred TO Toledo last December. I'd be shocked if he transferred twice without playing a game at Toledo.

I see nothing else which looks relevant to EMU, but with Murphy one never knows which transfers are on his radar...

RE: Ali Farhat
Always thought he was pretty good for a walk-on, when they put him in last year. He'll get playing time and probably a free education at Wayne St. Good luck, Ali!!

Apparently ESPN's Jeff Goodman doesn't make mistakes:

"Toledo just got news that transfer Dre Applewhite is transferring. He never played a single minute for the team and was not expected to be part of the rotation when he was to become eligible this week. His transfer opens up another scholarship. " (a post on the main MAC board).

Can't remember the last time I've seen this happen: Player transfers to a school, stays for two semester, transfers again without playing a game...

Different sport, but Mike Marrow did it here at EMU in Football.
