I'm guessing it is stadium renovations and endzone facility. It is probably fully funded now.

Yesssssssss. This is such good news. Should really improve the athletes' and coaches' experience.

Finally.

This has been a long time coming and hopefully this is the beginning of more good things to come. We are now finally putting the money where our (the Parliament) mouth is, and I can't imagine JK will let this positive momentum go to waster. I wouldn't be surprised if another 7-5 season gets Bailiff canned next year, because we have finally shown that we actually want to support this football program.
