Updates on D-League Tigers
Most of them have played 13 games thus far.

Elliot Williams is averaging 22.5 points and 7 assists for the Santa Cruz Warriors. Is a good candidate to be called up to the NBA.

Earl Barron, even at his advanced age, is averaging 21 points and 11 boards for the Bakersfield Jam.

Adonis Thomas plays for the Grand Rapids Drive where he averages 19 ppg and 4 rebounds. Playing weight is listed at 232.

Chris Crawford is with the Canton Charge, averaging 11 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists.

Geron Johnson averages 8 points and 2.5 boards for the Rio Grande Valley Raptors. That's where Joey Dorsey played for several seasons.

Pierre Henderson-Niles is with the Iowa Energy, averaging 6 points and 5 boards.

Farrokhan Hall is also with the Energy. He's averaging 5 ppg and 2.6 rebounds.

Joe Jackson is Earl's teammate at Bakersfield. He averages 5 ppg.

I wish them all well. D-League is a tough way to make a living.

I still don't see how Pierre Henderson-Niles is even on a team still. Most overrated player to come out of Memphis since Paris London (although at least Paris London was a nice guy)

Thanks OP for this list. Since the Grizz control the Iowa franchise, perhaps they're doing a solid for Pierre.

Thanks for the updates. I am pretty shocked that JJ is only averaging 5 ppg.

I believe most are in the $30,000 to $50,000 range... I am sure someone can find more exact numbers though.

Here it is. Even less than I thought...

"Salaries remain flat: $25,500, $19,000 and $13,000 for the league's three player classifications, which means D-League players are virtually playing for free -- and a modest per diem on the road of $40 compared to $120 in the NBA -- although they do receive housing and insurance benefits. The D-League also employs a per-team salary cap of $173,000 ... with a dollar-for-dollar luxury tax, just like in the NBA, for teams that go over that amount. Foreign teams that want to pull players out of the D-League must pay $40,000, $45,000 or $50,000, depending on the player's classification, to buy out their D-League deals."
