That is always the FEAR. To his credit, he did manage to throw off his Dec. Swan Dive, but yeah, until proven otherwise Romo could again be ROMO . . . As in Seattle, Ohhhhhh Noooooo.

I sure as hell hope Romo plays like Romo, because on average Romo plays pretty damn good with his incredible escapes and what not. We're gonna need him to put the team on his back if Detroit's #1 rush defense shuts down Murray and Co.

I don't see the Cowboys D holding Detroit to under 30 so Romo will have to produce.

If so, I believe that the player's Union allows for appeal, and that during appeal he can play. Since the Lions will lose this week, I expect any suspension to be served next year.

In fairness to Romo, he does have better "pieces" around him this year. As long as he plays within his capabilities, uses the "pieces around him," and does not try to take too much on himself, Cowboys could make some post season noise.
