I'm sure some find it giggly. But it is only getting more common and that too will change.
And some find it gross unless it's the first one they've seen. I'm not trying to insult anyone that isn't circumcised. If a boy has to wait until he's 18 to do this, the pain is going to be unbearable for about two weeks, why make him suffer?
It will be their choice. And the procedure then would be done under general anesthesia. It is no more painful than several other g.a. surgical procedures. Or, as a woman would attest, child birth. Yea, it'd hurt. But not for two weeks.

Having part of your foreskin sliced off would be horrible pain for about two weeks. Probably even longer due to the placebo effect. I don't know your personal life, but I'd be willing to bet that you don't have a circumcised kid. If you did, you'd know the pain is two weeks plus, and that child birth pain isn't. I've watched both, four times.

Does anyone remember the pain of circumcision? I don't. I'm glad it was done on my birthday instead of having to wait until I was 18.

That is because you don't give pain killers to an infant.

Circumcision might just be enough for me to get off the fence about legal weed. Painkillers have never really done much for me insofar as killing pain (they do give me a nice buzz).

Because they don't know what pain is. They don't know what fear is either. It's ridiculous to make a boy wait until he's a man before he can get circumcised.
Are we gonna ban tattoos and piercing until 18 too?

Not me. But I remember the pain of splitting my knee open when I was 4. And I remember the pain of splitting my forehead open when I was 6. But I just can't remember the pain of being circumcised.

Did I say I was in favor of banning anything? Leave government out of this. I'm saying my personal preference is it should be up to them. My personal guideline is when they reach the age of consent and know about the birds and the bees they should be able to make a decision about that.
And I disagree that a baby doesn't know what pain or fear is.

You should stay away from oxy. You're probably one of the people who would get addicted to them.

I know two men that had it done late in life because of infections. Both said it was very uncomfortable.
