Having part of your foreskin sliced off would be horrible pain for about two weeks. Probably even longer due to the placebo effect. I don't know your personal life, but I'd be willing to bet that you don't have a circumcised kid. If you did, you'd know the pain is two weeks plus, and that child birth pain isn't. I've watched both, four times.

Does anyone remember the pain of circumcision? I don't. I'm glad it was done on my birthday instead of having to wait until I was 18.

Circumcision might just be enough for me to get off the fence about legal weed. Painkillers have never really done much for me insofar as killing pain (they do give me a nice buzz).

Not me. But I remember the pain of splitting my knee open when I was 4. And I remember the pain of splitting my forehead open when I was 6. But I just can't remember the pain of being circumcised.

The procedure is quite simple for a baby.........much bigger operation for adults

Did I say I was in favor of banning anything? Leave government out of this. I'm saying my personal preference is it should be up to them. My personal guideline is when they reach the age of consent and know about the birds and the bees they should be able to make a decision about that.

And I disagree that a baby doesn't know what pain or fear is.

You should stay away from oxy. You're probably one of the people who would get addicted to them.

I know two men that had it done late in life because of infections. Both said it was very uncomfortable.
