OT -- NFL East
Great game last night. In case anyone hadn't noticed -- here are the NFL East standings:

1. COWBOYS
2. Eagles
3. Giants
4. Redskins

Ahh -- things are back the way they're supposed to be!

04-cheers

Except when the cowboys lose to the colts this coming weekend and the e-girls win their game, the cowgirls will not only be out of first, they very well could miss out on the wild card which would be fantastic

RE: OT -- NFL East
It's definitely another cliffhanger in the East. Unless the Pokes beat the Colts and the Skins (somehow miraculously) beat the Eagles, we will not know who wins the East until the last game is played. I have on my blue and silver colored glasses and see the Pokes winning out to take it all.

Blue and Silver! Wonderful colors for a football team, aren't they!

Ah yes. There are my beloved Redskins. The strongest team in the league. Right at the bottom holding the rest of them up! 03-banghead

I really have to commend the Redskins ownership... For, this year they have made many key decisions that "gave me my Sunday's back" which allowed me to be more productive at my job, my family life, my housework, yard work, knitting projects, reading books, etc.
Thank you, Redskins!

RE: OT -- NFL East
And it could still be a miserable year for us Pokes fans if we get 11 wins and still do not make the playoffs. Strange as it seems, the Pokes could be in the same place as the last three years, needing to win the last game, and with the Skins ready to play spoiler.

Meanwhile, the Saints lead the NFL South with with a 6-8 record, and I believe they could win the division and go to the playoffs with a losing record. Go figure.
