Yes of course if they do expand. They can't get any p5 and won't touch the mwc (Boise is only one worth it and their academics are a joke)

Cincy and Memphis are logical because they bridge together both West Virginia and the Big 12. Also the potential to get more sponsoring by FedEx.

The FedEx Big XII Championship Game would almost certainly be a part of that deal.

IMO, That is what puts us higher then the rest of the potential teams that would be added.

No expansion according to Big 12 (Dallas Morning News reports). They prefer a rematch of top two teams as a Championship game before any expansion "just to have a CG, the weakest of any argument to expand".

Oh definitely. We're just too young to have any money sitting around like that. Everyone talks about how you need to pay for yourself to make it worth it, well Cincy can probably do that and Memphis definitely can with some help from their favorite booster. It really helps that Fuente has you guys peaking at an opportune time.

Yep, having one of the best season in probably the last 5-10 years couldn't of come at a more perfect time.

Not to stomp on the enthusiasm for Memphis, because the football team did well this year.
But, with the previous seasons of 3-9, 4-8, and 2-10, I just think that that the Big 12 will look for sustained success on the field before adding a team. Memphis is ahead of others, but most likely has more work to do.
However, I absolutely think Cincy is in play!

Memphis gives Big 12 exposure in Ms, TN, AK, and LA. I would try to throw AL in there a little but not sure.

Have to think about basketball too, which is Memphis' M.O.

Again, what? Adding Memphis I can assure does nothing as far as penetrating LA. Certainly not anymore than what the B12 currently enjoys. I think Memphis is a solid add for the B12 but you are really reaching with the recruiting stuff.

That's a bit unfair, AAC schedules don't move the dial in SEC territory but playing a B12 schedule probably would, unless Memphis is not competitive.
