Ratings for this year's bowl game
Any guesses? According to this website, the Potato Bowl last year received a 1.4 rating, which is pretty good for MAC and MW teams. It's on a Saturday with a good time slot.

The Utah State-UTEP game will be a blow out, RL Carrier is early in the morning, South Alabama isn't much of a draw although BGSU is a solid brand, so I think this will be the game of the day only behind CSU vs. Utah in the Vegas Bowl. Thoughts?

I bet it's pretty similar. One of the best perks of getting this bowl game IMO -- the time slot. Lot's of people watching football at holiday gatherings the Saturday before Christmas. Primetime East Cost slot nonetheless.

Good date and time, two good P5 teams, should get pretty decent ratings again.
