G5 schools need to get better. This year there was only one G5 school ranked in the top 25 at the end of the season, Boise State at #20. There are some very good coaches in the G5 conferences...they just need to recruit and develop stars. This year was not a good year for the G5 conferences.

That would be a lot easier to do with more skin in the game.

The poor need to get richer before we authorize them to have jobs.

We will get better when recruits, tv viewers, tv execs know that we go to the playoffs if we win a conference championship. We will never get better than 15% the way it is now.

The playoff process may never go to 16 or 24 schools and that is what it will take to get to a point where every G5 conference winner is in the playoffs. I think they will eventually go to six or eight playoff teams, but that will take at least five years.

In the meantime, the G5 conferences need to get better. They need a Boise State type football program in each conference. The Sun Belt needs some star players to attract attention. Afew good QB's would help.

We need a better TV contract for exposure and revenue. We have to get better at basketball. The conference RPI is currently 29th out of 32 conferences. We are ranked ahead of the WAC, MEAC and SWAC. The WAC is barely behind us. Our lousy basketball does not help get a better TV deal.

We were the worst FBS conference this season. Our 11-32 OOC record was easily the worst. We need to get better before we can think about playoffs.

The standard P5 fan line. You have to get better before we let you get better..and if you do get better we'll let you have a "token" representative.

Too many G5 fans accept that that is equitable when it isn't.

It truly is a folly. Why this kind of segregation and exclusivity's being allowed to fertilize in D1A Football is just incredulous. No, I will not be watching until all Division 1A conference are included in a true national championship postseason. I've no desire to patronize this kind of college football.
