Officers killed in line of duty in 2014....
Since Fit and the libs on this board are on a crusade to attack police officers, time to counter their hate with a tribute to all of the law enforcement officers who have given the ultimate sacrifice so far in 2014. When Fit and his lib buddies need an officer to protect them, they will get that protection, in spite of their hate of police officers. It is what police do.

Officer Jason Crisp and his canine, Maros, were shot and killed in Burke County, North Carolina, while participating in the manhunt for a subject who had committed two murders.

Officers from several agencies were searching for the 38-year-old subject after the bodies of the subject's parents were located in their home in the 5000 block of Fish Hatchery Road. The subject had previously served one year in prison on a manslaughter charge for a murder he committed in 1997.

Officer Crisp and several other officers located the subject in the area of Fish Hatchery Road and Pea Ridge Road and were fired upon. Officer Crisp and K9 Maros were fatally wounded during the exchange of gunfire.

The subject then stole Officer Crisp's service weapon and extra magazines before fleeing further into the woods. He was located by other officers a short time later and was shot and killed when he opened fire on them.

Officer Crisp had served with the United States Forest Service for 16 years. He was survived by his wife and two children, his parents, sister, and two brothers.

The revolving door for criminals has to stop.

Police Officer Kevin Jordan was shot and killed when arresting a female subject while working an overtime assignment at approximately 2:30 am.

He was working the assignment at a Waffle House on U.S. 19 when three customers began creating a disturbance. He escorted the three outside but the female subject began fighting with him. After subduing the woman and was placing her in handcuffs on the ground, one of the male subjects shot him in the back three times. One round was stopped by his vest, but a second entered an area unprotected by his vest and struck his heart and lungs.

Officer Jordan's civilian brother, who had come to the location to speak with him, witnessed the shooting. The brother, who was armed, shot and wounded the subject, who was taken into custody.

Officer Jordan was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and had served with the Griffin Police Department for four years. He is survived by his seven children.

I've been reading through all those, sad. Wilson almost became another on that list but instead he's receiving death threats. The ones on this list don't get that chance, 43 of them to be exact, and 5 canines. That revolving door isn't going to stop as long as people keep feeling sorry for criminals.

You can't judge a person for what happened in a ten minute period of his life.

I mean look at the pictures of him.. He looked to be 12 years old..

Did I ever send you the video of "Chuck" where he says: "I bet he didn't look 12 when his big ass came through that car window"..

Whose attacking police officers? Can you be specific?

Sure. All 43 were killed by Girl Scouts across the country. They have gangs of them in almost every town!

And I'm sure they all walked without an indictment.

The investigators, the autopsy report, forensics, blood splatter, fingerprints, multiple eye witness accounts.

Take your pick.

Only fools and trolls are still acting like he didn't.

Deputy Sheriff

Christopher Smith
Leon County Sheriff's Office, Florida

End of Watch: Saturday, November 22, 2014

Deputy Sheriff Christopher Smith was shot from ambush when he responded to reports of a house fire at the end of Caracus Court. Deputy Smith was among the first to arrive on scene at approximately 10:22 a.m. and was immediately shot and killed by the subject, who had approached him from behind.

The subject then took Deputy Smith's firearm and continued to fire at other responders, including members of the Tallahassee Fire Department and Tallahassee Police Department. One other sheriff's deputy was shot and wounded before the subject was shot and killed by an off-duty Tallahassee police officer who lived nearby and had responded to the sound of gunfire.

It is believed that the subject intentionally set the house fire with the intention to kill as many first responders as possible.

Deputy Smith had previously served as a dispatcher and corrections officer. He served with the Leon County Sheriff's Office for almost six years and had served in law enforcement for almost 26 years. Deputy Smith is survived by his wife and children.

I don't remember seeing much on this.. Wonder why?
