Georgia State claims Bottom 10 title

WTG ...... ESPN's BOTTOM 10 filled with Sun Belt Teams, MAC and AAC teams. MWC even has 1. NO CUSA. I think next year we will even be stronger.

Does he say what the formula is? I am not sure I would say Southern Miss is worse than Troy.

Troy lost to an FCS team. Their 3 wins were over 2-10 NMSU, 1-10 Idaho, and 1-11 Georgia State.

Southern Miss beat 7-5 App State, in addition to an FCS team and 4 win North Texas team.

Southern Miss also had a much tougher SOS than Troy.

I am not trying to call out those two programs, I am just using them as examples because they jumped off the page. I don't think this guys formula is 100% spot on (but is still better than ESPN).
