It was his decision alone to do away with the football, rifle and bowling teams. He admits the process wasn't good but the "improved process" has him "identifying areas where these task forces will be helpful...".

I can do without some of Watts type of love and his "Knowledge that can change your world". He gave some love and knowledge to the Rifle , Bowling, and Football teams and that was way too much for me.
