RE: Hypothetical
Which has nothing to do with anything but makes for a nice message board quip I suppose. What are your conference criteria then? Football damn sure ain't in the equation any more so you have to think about the sports we have left.

Either get football back or Just kill athletics. I'm tired of the pain, frustration, and disappointment.

It is the best non A10 or MVC option we have. There have been two final four teams come out of the Colonial in the past ten years. It does not suck. Probably better than CUSA for basketball.

And both of those teams have left the CAA. It's a shell of its former self, just like C-USA.

They left because they were successful while in the CAA. It is a stepping stone that we can use to improve.

Of course you can fault with it. But it is the best option right now. People would have balked at the idea of moving from a conference of Memphis, Louisville, Cincinnati and Marquette to a conference of Rice, UTSA, FAU and FIU a few years ago, but that is what has happened.

I would rather play in CAA and dominate than be mediocre in CUSA.

Oh boy, a slightly bigger very small fish in a very little pond. Can't wait! How long do you think it be before the get one invitation to the NCAA Tournament.

Call me a dreamer, but i would rather have our football team back and dominate C-USA in both Basketball and football. Then we will have achieved success.

Affirmative
